We've all been reading "The Soloist." Comment on what you have learned so far about Mental Illnesses, and how do you think this event can help you raise awareness in your own community, church, neighborhood.
By reading "The Soloist" I have learn mental illnesses are a very sensitive subject and everyone has their own opinions about the illnesses. I learned a little about the life of a schizophrenic black male. I believe this event will help others differentiate the movie mental illnesses from the real life illnesses.
